Every heat press, every setting — ranked by the numbers, not the marketing.
HeatedGadget reviews and compares the best heat presses, cutters and crafting gear with HeatScore™, our transparent, quantitative scoring system. We pin down the exact temperature and time settings for HTV, sublimation and DTF, crown a clear winner in every matchup, and rank the genuine best for every kind of maker.

How HeatScore works
Every machine is broken down spec by spec. We normalise each measurement onto a 0–100 quality scale, weight it by how much it actually matters for real-world results, and combine them into one transparent score out of 100. Read the full published methodology.
1. Spec-driven
Plate size, heat evenness, max temperature, auto shut-off and warm-up time — pulled from manufacturer data and normalised so every spec is comparable.
2. Quantitative & weighted
Each spec carries a weight based on how much it influences the finished press. No vibes, no sponsorships — the math decides the ranking.
3. Maker-aware
We re-weight the same data for each kind of maker — beginner, tumbler crafter, apparel side-hustle, value — to build genuinely useful best-of lists.
